1. Who is responsible for the app

2. What the app records
Answers and Solo history
Your Yes/No answers, the matching questions and the date you answered are stored locally on your device so your history can be displayed. They are not sent to any server run by the developer.
Preferences
Your sound and vibration settings, your age confirmation and whether the rating prompt has already been shown are also kept locally on your iPhone.
The app does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect your name, your postal address, your contacts, your photos or your precise location.
3. Ads and consent
The free version uses Google AdMob. Depending on your country, your choices and the permissions you have granted, Google and its partners may handle certain data in order to display, measure, cap and secure the ads:
- device identifiers and the advertising identifier;
- IP address and approximate location;
- interactions with the app and with the ads;
- diagnostic, performance and crash data.
Where the regulations require it, a consent screen is shown before any ad is requested. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier may also depend on your tracking permission. Refusing does not stop you from playing; the ads may simply be less personalized.
You can reopen the ad choices from the app settings wherever they are available. You can also change the tracking permission in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

4. The SPICY Premium purchase
The in-app purchase is handled by Apple. The developer receives neither your card number nor your payment details. The app only checks with the App Store whether the purchase that unlocks the SPICY pack and removes the ads is active.

5. Retention and deletion
Your Solo history is kept locally, up to the 1,000 most recent answers. You can delete it at any time from the History screen. Deleting the app also erases this local data.
Retention periods for advertising data are set by Google and its partners under their own policies.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for information about, access to, correction of or deletion of data concerning you. Because the developer never receives your game answers and creates no account, that local data cannot be looked up remotely.
